We wanted to create a vegetable stock made from certified organic ingredients, that’s full of flavour and gentle on the stomach.

FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides And Polyols. these are a group of short-chain carbohydrates (sugars) that are poorly absorbed by gut and can trigger symptoms in people suffering from gastrointestinal and irritable bowl syndrome (IBS). In consultation with a practitioner, a low fodmap diet can assist reduce IBS symptoms.
