Our Organic Tamari is naturally fermented from organic whole soybeans, water and sea salt. With a stronger flavour and aroma than shoyu, tamari is wheat free and traditionally used as a cooking sauce. It's rich in amino acids and high in protein.
How To Use
Use as a dipping sauce for sushi and sashimi, teriyaki or as a seasoning for crackers or steamed dishes.
